We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached to be eligible for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original luxury packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once received at our warehouse, our team will inspect the garments and issue your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
